Distributed micro power generation grids are smaller than bulk generation grids. It means to combine the scattered power generating resources in certain areas (e.g., a community or a large building) or of some enterprises, and provide directly various energies (heat, electricity and refrigeration) to the nearby end consumers. The system can either operate independently or operate together with major bulk grids, thus forming a operating system combined with bulk grids and micro power generation grids.
Compared to bulk grids, the distributed micro power generation grids are more reliable, secure, environmentally-friendly, with higher energy efficiency (which increases from 40%-80%) and lower investment and operating cost. All of those can better meet the changing demands of clients. In light of the current situation in China’s power generation market, the distributed micro power generation grids constructed by A-Power are all operating separately from bulk generation grids.
During the designing of power station with the combined supply of heat, electricity and refrigeration, A-Power has designed the energy supply system according to the processing features of different enterprises so as to enhance the energy efficiency of enterprises. |
